Ingredients:

225 g,  Fillet steaks

1 servings,  Pepper sauce

Preparation:

  1. Make the sauce as per this recipe
  2. While the sauce is reducing pan fry the steaks in olive oil and a little butter. 2 minutes each side for rare, add a minute each side for medium or 2 minutes each side for well done. Dont forget to season them on each side with salt and a little black pepper.
  3. Pour over the sauce and serve
