Veal Stew with White Wine

Originaly Yeild:

4 servings




4 tbsp,  olive oil

1  onion, chopped

2  garlic, minced

1000 g,  veal, cubed into small sizes

250 g,  passata

100 ml,  white wine

0.25 tsp,  salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. In a large pot, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; stir for few minutes until the onion turns tender.
  2. Add meat to the pot, sauté till it turns brown evenly.
  3. Stir in passata and white wine. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Boil and cook the entire mixture by covering the lid, on low heat for about 1 1/2 hours, or until tender.
