Banana Bread

Originaly Yeild:

4 servings




250 ml,  butter

200 ml,  sugar

2  eggs, beaten

350 g,  4 bananas, finely crushed

250 g,  flour

1 tsp,  baking soda

0.50 tsp,  salt

0.50 tsp,  vanilla


  1. In a large bread making bowl, mix well the butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs and crushed bananas.
  3. Beat well all the ingredients.
  4. At this point, add together flour, soda and salt and beat constantly on low speed.
  5. Now add vanilla and mix well.
  6. Pour into a greased and floured pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
  8. You can use this for about 1 month by refrigerating in freezer.
