Camp Cornbread

Camp Cornbread




8 oz,  1 package corn bread muffin mix

50 ml,  milk

1  egg, lightly beaten

8 oz,  1 can canned cream corn

100 g,  white sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 12 inch baking pan and keep it aside.
  2. Place the muffin mix in a large mixing bowl. Add the milk and egg and mix thoroughly. Then add the cream corn and sugar and beat well all the ingredients on high speed.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted into the center of pan comes out clean.
