Cover Recipe: "Cranberry Wheat Bread."

Cranberry Wheat Bread

750 ml,  water

50 ml,  honey

2 tbsp,  butter, softened

250 g,  bread flour

350 g,  whole wheat flour

1.50 tsp,  salt

0.50 tsp,  ground cinnamon

0.25 tsp,  ground nutmeg

0.25 tsp,  Ground Cloves

2 tsp,  active dry yeast

200 g,  sweetened dried cranberries

  1. In a bread making machine, place all the ingredients (except cranberries) in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Sweet Bread cycle; press Start.
  2. If your machine has a Fruit setting, add the cranberries at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished.
  3. When the dough comes to a good consistency, turn dough onto a lightly greased 12-inch. pizza pan; pat into a 10-in. circle. Cover the dough and allow it to rise in a warm place until doubled. You can leave it for about 30 minutes.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
