Pineapple Biscuits

Originaly Yeild:

4 servings




50 g,  packed brown sugar

25 g,  butter or margarine, softened

8 fl oz,  crushed pineapple, drained

1 tsp,  ground cinnamon

12 fl oz,  refrigerated biscuit dough


  1. In a bowl, place the brown sugar and butter and mix well; stir in the pineapple and cinnamon. Spoon into 10 greased muffin cups. Place one biscuit in each prepared cup.
  2. Bake at 425 degrees F for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 5 minutes before inverting onto a serving platter.
