BANANA CHUTNEY

Ingredients:

7 medium,  Ripe Bananas

0.75 tin,  Vinegar

0.13 tsp,  Cinnamon, Powder

2 medium,  Cloves (Lavang)

3 medium,  cardamoms

0.25 tsp,  Red chili pepper

1 tbsp,  Sugar

4 tbsp,  Raisins

4 tbsp,  blanched Almond

Preparation:

  1. Remove the skin of the banana, chop it and then cook with vinegar to a pulp. Add sugar and stir to dissolve it.
  2. Bring down from fire and then add raisins, almonds (slit into halves), salt, chili powder and ground spices.
  3. Cool and serve after 2 days.
