Cover Recipe: "This a very easy-to-make delicious chutney. It is normally fortified with poppadoms and acts as a very pre-dinner drinks nibble."

Coriander chutney (Fresh)

Total Time:

10 minutes

Originaly Yeild:

5 servings




2 medium,  fresh coriander, chopped

300 ml,  yogurt

181 g,  desiccated coconut, soaked in water

8 medium,  green chillies

5 medium,  clove garlic, peeled

5 g,  salt

5 g,  sugar

3 medium,  limes or lemons (squeezed out the juice only)

2 medium,  poppadoms


  1. Put all the coriander, coconut, yoghurt, chillies, garlic, salt, sugar and lime juice into a blender and the blend.
  2. As you blend the content to past, taste and adjust the flavouring as required.
  3. Then Serve together with poppadoms.

The best of chutney

Indeed, this is one of the very best chutney I've ever come across. It's very easy and fast to prepare and yet very delicious. It's worth trying. See Full Review
