Easy Apple Cobbler

5 medium,  apples, chopped

1 tbsp,  corn starch (15ml)

0.50 tsp,  cinnamon

2 tbsp,  margarine or butter, melted

1 tin,  refrigerated cinnamon rolls

120 ml,  light corn syrup


  1. Mix corn starch and cinnamon. Add corn syrup and mix.
  2. Add apples to corn syrup mixture and spread into lightly oiled 10 x 1 1/2" (25 x 3.75 cm) pie pan.
  3. Bake in 400° (200° C) oven 15 minutes or until surface is bubbly.
  4. Dip rolls into melted margarine and arrange over apples.
  5. Bake 10 minutes longer or until rolls are golden brown.
  6. Spread icing over hot rolls. Serve warm.
