Fruity Bread Pudding

2  eggs

2  egg white

350 ml,  skimmed milk

2 tbsp,  honey

1 tsp,  vanilla extract

6  sliced fruit loaf, cubed


  1. Preheat oven to 160 C / Gas mark 3. Lightly grease a 23cm (9 in) baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs and egg whites until foamy. Then add in the milk, honey and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Stir in the bread cubes and pour into prepared dish.
  4. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean.
