Ingredients:

150 g,  Caster sugar

100 ml,  Orange juice

2 tbsp,  lemon juice

1  Egg

2 tbsp,  Plain flour

2 tbsp,  Orange zest

4 tbsp,  Double cream- whipped

Preparation:

  1. In a large pan, over medium heat mix the sugar, flour, orange juice, orange zest, lemon juice and egg.
  2. Cook the mixture stirring frequently until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool completely before folding in the whipped cream.
  3. Makes enough to fill a two-layer 23cm round cake.
