Lemon and cream dessert

Originaly Yeild:

6 servings




1.50 tsp,  powdered gelatine

4  eggs, separated

1.50  lemons, grated zest

125 g,  sugar

2  juice of lemons

300 ml,  whipped cream


  1. Soak and dissolve the gelatine in a little water.
  2. Beat egg yolks until they tunr white. Add with lemon zest and sugar and beat thoroughly.
  3. Add lemon juice, dissolved gelatine and finally fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and half of the whipped cream.
  4. Stir gently until it starts to thicken. Spoon into dessert cups. Keep in fridge till ready to serve.
  5. Serve with additional whipped cream on top.
