Ingredients:

5 fl oz,  150 ml skimmed milk

2.75 oz,  75 g low-fat natural yoghurt

4 tbsp,  chopped fresh mint leaves

1 tsp,  Salt

25 g,  Crushed ice

Preparation:

  1. Process milk, yoghurt, mint and a pinch of salt for 45 seconds.
  2. Fill two tumblers with crushed ice and pour the lassi over.
