Bourbon-Glazed Salmon

Bourbon-Glazed Salmon

Originaly Yeild:

4 servings




3 tbsp,  brown sugar

3 tbsp,  bourbon

2 tbsp,  soy sauce

1 tbsp,  peeled fresh ginger

1 tbsp,  fresh lime juice

3 medium,  garlic cloves, minced

0.25 tsp,  freshly ground black pepper

4 medium,  skinless salmon fillets

1 tbsp,  Cooking spray

1 medium,  thinly sliced green onions

1 tbsp,  sesame seeds, toasted


  1. Put all the first 7 ingredients as well as the fish into a coverable plastic bag. Seal the bag and marinate in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours, while turning the contents occasionally.
  2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add fish and marinade to pan; cook fish 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
  3. Place 1 fillet on each of 4 plates; drizzle each serving with about 2 teaspoons sauce. Sprinkle each serving with 1 tablespoon green onions and 3/4 teaspoon sesame seeds.
