Dover Sole with Caper Butter Sauce

2 servings




2  Dover Sole

75 g,  Butter

1 tbsp,  Salted Capers, Rinsed

2 tbsp,  White Wine

1 tbsp,  Chopped Parsley

1  Juice of half a lemon


  1. Season the dover soles and fry in butter for about 5 minutes each side
  2. Meanwhile make the sauce, heat the butter until it turns golden brown, add the wine and stand back as it will sizzle
  3. Add the capers, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
  4. At the end add the parsley and then spoon over the fish
