Ingredients:

1  Joint gammon

4000 ml,  Apple juice

Preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan, pour apple juice and heat on low flame until it becomes slightly thick.
  2. In the slow cooker Place Gammon, pour thickened apple juice over, cover the lid on and cook on slow for 8 hours. When cooked take the gammon out and it should just fall apart.
