Gammon with pineapple, honey and mustard sauce

2 servings




2  Gammon steaks

2 tsp,  Wholegrain Mustard

2 tbsp,  Honey

2 tbsp,  Lemon juice

1 tsp,  Cornflour

4 tbsp,  Pineapple juice


  1. Grill the chops on 3/4 power for 5-6 minutes each side, turn occasionally
  2. Meanwhile whisk the remaining ingredients together in a small pan, bring to the boil while stirring continuously, when the mixture has boiled and thickened simmer gently
  3. Season the sauce with a little white pepper then pour genourously over the gammon
  4. As an aside the sauce makes a fastastic barbeque marinade for pork chops
