Chicken Livers in Bacon

20 servings




12 medium,  fresh chicken livers, cut into halves

1 tsp,  salt

12 medium,  slices bacon or prosciutto


  1. First, preheat the grill.
  2. Add salt to each chicken liver. Then, Wrap bacon or prosciutto around each piece and fasten with a toothpick after which you put it on a baking tray.
  3. Finally, grill for 5 to 7 minutes, then turn pieces and grill another 5 to 7 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. Bring them out and serve.
