Easy Clam Pasta

500 g,  spaghetti

2 tbsp,  olive oil

75 g,  garlic, chopped

280 g,  baby clams, juice reserved

75 g,  handful finely chopped fresh parsley

50 g,  freshly grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook spaghetti according to the package directions. Drain the cooked spaghetti and set aside for cooling.
  2. In a frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Sauté the garlic for 1 minute or until it turns tender.
  3. Mix in the clams and juice. Stir occasionally and cook until the liquid is reduced to about half quantity.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the pasta with the clams, chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
