Tomato and fresh Basil Pasta

Ingredients:

500 g,  farfalle pasta

2  tomatoes, seeded and diced

100 ml,  olive oil

2  garlic, minced

1  handful green fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips

0.25 tsp,  salt and black pepper powder

Preparation:

  1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions; drain excess water and keep it aside.
  2. In a large bowl, heat olive oil. Saute garlic, tomatoes and basil leaves for 5-7 minutes on a lower flame. Then add cooked pasta and gently toss till all the ingredients blend perfectly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
