Ingredients:

2 tsp,  vegetable oil

500 g,  pork strips

0.25 medium,  Naturally Sweet Pineapple, peeled, cored, cut into wedges

1 medium,  red capsicum, deseeded, sliced

275 g,  Woolworths sweet and sour stir-fry sauce

0.50 tin,  fresh coriander leaves

2000 g,  Chang's fried noodles

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a high heat. In batches, cook the pork for 3-4 minutes or until browned. Transfer to a plate.
  2. Add the pineapple and capsicum to the pan and cook, tossing for 2 minutes.
  3. Reduce the heat and stir in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the coriander.
  4. Divide the noodles among serving bowls. Top with sweet and sour pork and serve
