Broad Bean Salad

500 g,  Broad beans- cooked

50 g,  Medium sized tomatoes -finely chopped

50 g,  Small onion - diced

50 g,  Cucumber – diced

10 g,  Garlic cloves – minced

10 g,  Parsley - half a bunch, chopped

1 tbsp,  Lemon Juice

3 tbsp,  Olive oil

1 tbsp,  Cumin seeds

1 tsp,  Salt and black pepper


  1. In a large sized salad bowl, mix cooked broad beans, tomatoes, onion and cucumber.
  2. Add garlic, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil and stir well.
  3. Season with cumin, and salt and pepper to taste.
