Roasted Chicken caesar salad

4  garlic

150 ml,  white wine

4  bacon

2  white bread, cubed

50 g,  butter

100 g,  lettuce

4  egg yolks

500 g,  fillets

140 g,  fresh parmesan cheese, grated

290 ml,  olive oil

1 tbsp,  Dijon mustard

0.25 tsp,  salt and black pepper powder

1  roast chicken, cut into small pieces

  1. In a small sized pan, melt the butter and fry bread cubes until it turns golden brown.
  2. In another pan, similarly, fry the bacon until it turns crispy.
  3. Place the garlic cloves in a pan with the white wine and bring it to the boil. Cook for about five minutes until the garlic cloves are soft.
  4. Remove the leaves from the lettuce and wash and dry well, cut them into big pieces.
  5. Using a hand blender, blend the wine and garlic together with the egg yolks, anchovy and cheese. Add the oil slowly to stop the mix from splitting. Add the mustard and seasoning to taste.
  6. Put the processed ingredients into a bowl with the roasted chicken and mix together. Season and serve.
