Ingredients:

1 tbsp,  tarragon vinegar

1 tbsp,  sherry

1 tbsp,  corn flour

1 tsp,  lemon juice

1 medium,  pickled gherkin

Preparation:

  1. Mix the cornflour with little water to form a smooth paste.
  2. Add the paste to a boiling water. Cook and stir continuously for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and now add the sherry, vinegar and lemon juice.
  4. Chop the gherkin finely and add to the sauce.
