Anchovy and prawn butter

Ingredients:

225 g,  Unsalted butter

150 g,  Anchovies

150 g,  Prawns

Preparation:

  1. Melt the butter slowly in a large pan
  2. Meanwhile drain the anchovies on kitchen paper and finely chopped
  3. Add the anchovies to the butter, they will dissolve
  4. Turn off the heat and stir in the prawns
