Ingredients:

1300 g,  apples - peeled, cored and chopped

750 ml,  water

200 g,  caster sugar

1 tsp,  lemon juice

Preparation:

  1. Place apples in a large saucepan and bring into boil in water over medium-low heat until apples are tender. This may take about 15 to 20 minutes.
  2. Process cooked apples through a food processor or mixie. Stir in the sugar and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for about 3 to 5 minutes.
