Ingredients:

100 g,  2 pints fresh blueberries, washed and stemmed

2 tsp,  Fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp,  sugar

2 tsp,  cornstarch

Preparation:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook until berries come to a boil, pop and release their juices, and the sugar is dissolved, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. You can serve this warm at room temperature as well as after refrigerating for an hour.
