Ingredients:

1 medium,  onion

0.50 tin,  milk

2 oz,  bread crumbs

2 medium,  peppercorns

0.25 tsp,  salt

Preparation:

  1. Cut the onion into half and simmer it for 2 minutes together with the milk, peppercorns, onion and a pinch of salt.
  2. Strain the pan contents and remove the solid particles that are in there.
  3. Put the liquid content back into the saucepan and then boil.
  4. Then add the breadcrumbs into the saucepan and boil for another one minute.
