Ingredients:

227 ml,  Double Cream

2 tbsp,  Black or green peppercorns

1.50 tbsp,  Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp,  Brandy

Preparation:

  1. In a small saucepan, heat cream over medium low heat, ensure that you do not boil it.
  2. Stir in peppercorns, Worcestershire sauce and brandy and simmer for 2 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
