Ingredients:

4 tbsp,  soy sauce

0.50 tsp,  dark sesame oil

50 g,  garlic, minced

75 g,  spring onion, minced

1 tbsp,  water

2 tbsp,  hoisin sauce

0.25 tsp,  ginger minced

0.50 tsp,  caster sugar

Preparation:

  1. In a small bowl used for mixing, combine all the ingredients.
  2. If needed add additional hoisin sauce and mix well, to thicken the mixture to a sauce consistency. Cover the sauce, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the flavours of all ingredients to blend perfectly.
  3. Before serving, pour mixture into a small saucepan and heat. Serving warm gives delicious taste to this sauce.
