Ingredients:

6 medium,  thighs of chicken

1 tin,  Butternut squash, peeled and cut into 24 1-inch cubes

4 medium,  Potatoes

4 medium,  Carrots, cut into 1-inch chunks

4 tin,  Chicken broth

2 tin,  Fresh corn

6 servings,  Cooked rice

1 tbsp,  Pepper sauce

1 tbsp,  Pepper

1 tbsp,  Salt

Preparation:

  1. Squash the potatoes and put it in a large soup Kettle together with the chicken, corn, carrots and the chicken broth.
  2. Heat all the constituents in the soup kettle to boil.
  3. Continue to simmer the broth till the chicken and vegetable are done.
  4. Then serve over rice in a shallow soup bowl with hot pepper sauce, salt, cilantro and pepper to taste.
