Chicken Coconut Soup

Yeild:

Ingredients:

0.50 medium,  cup of finely chopped coriander leaves

1 medium,  tomato, chopped

0.50 tin,  of canned sweet corn

1 tin,  button mushrooms, cut into halves

1 medium,  Boneless and sliced piece of chicken

2 medium,  Green chillies, chopped

3 tin,  chicken stock

3 tin,  coconut milk

3 tbsp,  Soya sauce

4 medium,  spring of finely chopped onions

4 level tbsp,  lemon juice

8 medium,  peppercorns, crushed

Preparation:

  1. Put the chicken stock and the coconut milk in a soup kettle and boil.
  2. Then introduce the coriander leaves, peppercorns as well as the spring onions into the boiling stuff.
  3. Lower the flame and cook on low heat for ten minutes.
  4. Add the chicken cubes, mushrooms and corns and then stiff to obtain a uniform mixture.
  5. Increase the flame and continue cooking the boil for 15 minutes till the chicken become soft.
  6. Next, introduce the Soya sauce, lemon juice and stir gently.
  7. Finally, garnish the soup with the chillies and serve.
