Egg And Spinach Soup

4 servings




1 tbsp,  Butter

4 tin,  Chicken Stock

0.50 tin,  Cream

2 medium,  Boiled Eggs

2 tin,  Milk

0.25 tbsp,  Nutmeg Powder

2 tbsp,  Uncooked Rice

1 tsp,  Salt

1 tsp,  Pepper, grinded

500 g,  Spinach


  1. Put the half of the butter into a pot and heat.
  2. Add the rice, and fry till it turns golden brown.
  3. Put the spinach together with the chicken stock, and pressure cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool and liquidize the soup.
  5. Then pour it in a pan, add the milk, seasoning, nutmeg powder and the rest of the butter.
  6. Put the soup back to fire and add the eggs.
  7. Laced the soup with cream and crusty bread on the side, and serve hot.
