Ingredients:

1.50 tin,  corn kernels, fresh or frozen

1.50 tin,  diced celery

1.50 tin,  cups green beans, fresh or frozen

1.50 tin,  lima beans, fresh or frozen

2 medium,  carrots, sliced

1 tin,  diced cabbage

1 medium,  yellow onion, chopped

455 g,  claw crabmeat, picked free of any broken shells

455 g,  lump crabmeat, picked free of any broken shells

1 tsp,  hot pepper sauce

0.25 tin,  worcestershire sauce

2 medium,  bay leaves

2 tin,  cubed red potato

2 tbsp,  beef bouillon granules

2 tbsp,  chicken bouillon granules

2 tbsp,  seafood seasoning

2 tbsp,  sugar

3 tin,  canned diced tomatoes

4 medium,  soup crabs

2 tbsp,  • Chopped fresh parsley leaves, for garnish

1 tbsp,  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Boil water in a soup pot and then add the chicken and beef bouillon granules, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves and sugar. Stir the mixture till the bouillon break up.
  2. Then, add salt and pepper.
  3. Cut the whole crabs in half, add them to the pot, and boil the mixture again.
  4. Remove whole crabs after 5 to 10 minutes. Skim any excess froth created by the crab parts.
  5. Add the tomatoes and hot sauce; stir to combine.
  6. Add the carrots, celery, corn, green beans, lima beans, cabbage, and onion, bring to a low boil, and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Add the potatoes and cook until tender.
  8. Add the crabmeat and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
