Salmon Soup

3 servings




1 servings,  Fish stock

150 g,  Potatoes cut into cubes

100 g,  Carrots cut into small pieces

100 g,  Onion thin sliced

500 g,  Salmon

10  Jamaican Pepper

2 tsp,  Salt

2 tsp,  Cream

2  Dill


  1. In a heavy bottomed soup pan, add water and bring it to boil. Then add fish stock and Jamaican pepper and boil.
  2. Add cut carrots, potatoes, and onion to the boiling fish stock. Boil the ingredients until they are soft enough.
  3. Now, cut the salmon into pieces and add into the soup, cook until ready.
  4. Add pinch of salt to taste.
  5. Finally add cream and dill, and serve hot.
