Ingredients:

1 lb,  asparagus

1.50 tbsp,  olive oil

0.50 tsp,  kosher salt

Preparation:

  1. First, preheat the oven to 425°F. Then cut off the woody bottom part of the asparagus spears and discard.
  2. With a vegetable peeler, peel off the skin on the bottom 2-3 inches of the spears .
  3. Place asparagus on foil-lined baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle salt on the repatriation . Using your hands, roll the asparagus around until they are evenly coated with oil and salt. Then roast them for 10-15 minute.
  5. Then serve.
